The service technician took the time to explain the cleaning process. Also, he didn't hesitate to allow me to add to the job. I had a last minute request to clean the bathroom floor and he was quick to answer that it was not a problem - even though it was late on a Saturday evening. Very professional.

He also completed the job quickly. I was surprised that he was done so quick. And most importantly the floors look great!

The young man who cleaned our carpets was exceptionally thorough, moving all tables, love seat, sofa, and getting back in all the corners,nooks,and crannies. He spent a substantial amt. of time to clean all areas, even throw rugs on landing, which I thought weren't included in price. Was also very polite. I would definitely give him and Zerorez all 10s. My carpet looks like it did 18 years ago, when new. Just please include more coupons in Val-Pak, or Clipper mags, or online, so I can afford to do it more often. Sincerely, Mary Lou Spohn-Meyers
