We had pet odor issues in our daughters' playroom from cat urine. We had tried - with no success - to take care of it ourselves, so we called Zerorez. When the first pad extraction didn't completely remove the odor, I called to see what on earth we could do (hoping against hope that they'd be able to do something) short of pulling up and replacing the carpet. We got a window of the following afternoon. Rachel called to follow up the next day after I'd completed an online survey (I wasnt thrilled with the lingering smell!) and she got a team out that afternoon (before we were scheduled for our second appointment). Chris and Hoyt came to our house, and now there is no smell.

If I hadn't seen them working, I'd swear it was new carpet (except without the awful new carpet smell). Not only did Chris take the time to completely get rid of the smell, but he explained WHY he was doing what he was doing. He let me get down and smell the carpet (and the pad!) to make sure that there was no smell anywhere. And when I found an area that still had an odor, Chris went and did that section again. He didn't say he'd already done it or that the smell would go away. He took care of it with no complaints and "made it right".

To say that this was the best customer service I have ever experienced is not an understatement. I have never had a company be so responsive to a problem or so hard-working to "make it right". Not only does the company live up to its namethere no residue - no sticky, tacky residue left when you touch the carpet - but their people truly care about doing the job right and "making it right" for their customers.

I was impressed with the protective coating, already had a chance to see it in action. I spilled tea on the carpet and it came right up! The employees worked very hard to get the carpets clean. They were quick, efficient, pleasant and professional.

Conscientious and polite workers that are trained in the use of their products and processes of cleaning applications. The fact that the cleaning is process is Green, is a Plus. We like the feel of the carpet after the process is done as compared to using soaps or chemicals. We would recommend them to friends and use them again.

They got stains out of carpet that we couldnt

Great customer experience from scheduling to on time arrival through to results. My dog had broken a blue ink pen on my area rug 2 years ago. I gave up hope that it would ever come out. I wanted to get my rug cleaned just to get out the normal pet related wear and tear. The end result was a rug that looked nearly brand new, was sanitized and no longer had a huge ink stain.
