I'm thrillled with the results. I never thought my carpets could look this good consider how badly stained they were and the fact that they are 12 years old. The whole house looks different. I have 2 dogs and 2 kids, and I was really just hoping that the carpets would be clean, even though they'd still be stained. My carpets look like new!
