Very knowledgeable, courteous, fast service. Cleaned apartment rug that we were vacating with their basic cleaning package, no extras, and got stains out and fluffed up worn spots. We were very happy with the results. We had left two internet inquires but Xerorez called us back that day, on a Sunday, and set up appointment on the phone. Other company called back first thing Monday morning but they were too late, Also appreciated being given a window time slot, 830-2, and then the day before it was narrowed down to 830-10a and then they called 20 min before arrival. It shows, not only that they are organized, but also, that they are respectful of my time as well as their own.

The technician Joe was very professional and conscientious about his work. Although it was a Friday evening he did not take any short cuts and stayed well into the night completing the job as well as explaining everything he was doing. After he was all done he then also calculated the tile area of my entryway and kitchen to give me an idea of what the cost would be if I decided to get it cleaned in the future. Thanks to the technician Joe and Zerorez.

How professional the technician was.
The fresh and clean the carpets were, not the harsh smell of chemicals.
Wasn't very happy having to spend so much more than expected, of course I guess it's true you get what you pay for.
