The technician Joe was very professional and conscientious about his work. Although it was a Friday evening he did not take any short cuts and stayed well into the night completing the job as well as explaining everything he was doing. After he was all done he then also calculated the tile area of my entryway and kitchen to give me an idea of what the cost would be if I decided to get it cleaned in the future. Thanks to the technician Joe and Zerorez.

The fresh and clean the carpets were, not the harsh smell of chemicals.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. My carpets look brand new after you came and cleaned them. I also noticed that the stains did not re-appear after they dried and I ran the seeeper over them as with other companies I have had in the past. The technician was very thorough in his explanation with pricing and procedure. He was very friendly and efficient.
