Several reason that this experience was outstanding. 1). The technician, Nick Ruffner was exceptional. Very professional. Explained everything. Worked very hard and I honestly believed he cared as much about the quality of the job as I did. 2). The price of the work, given the amazing quality, was well worth it. 3). Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. Our carpets were never professionally cleaned (only cleaned with home unit). Well the carpets almost look new and the stairs do. The ceramic tile and grout were also cleaned. The white grout shines like it first did. Sooo hsppy

Everything was fantastic. Scheduling was easy and friendly, the service techs were friendly and did a great job on our carpets and recliner, and the follow-up to get our area rug dropped off again was pleasant. Overall a very good experience.

Once we made contact, you called ahead as promised and arrived on time. The two employees, Nick and Nate were very polite, explained the details and additional service options. Your call center said the company was located in Bethel Park and that turned out to be false. We had prepared and pretty much cleared the rooms and they were appreciative.
