I didn’t feel like I got cheated,

I liked the professionalism of Dave. He needed to explain to a third party why the intense service was needed on my carpets. We worked together to facilitate my needs. Where the carpets were heavily soiled from insulation coming through the ceiling, he made a point to get it as clean as could be. He was a great carpet cleaner.

Great product and service!

My floors look great, better than any other carpet cleaning service I have had in the past. The technician was fast, the carpets dried fast too.
The main reason I went with Zerorez is because its advertised as low odor and chemical free. Honestly the smell was pleasant & never bothered my allergies.
