It was wonderful and Brian was so knowledgeable and professional even with my two children watching him. He made sure he answered their questions as well as mine. He was wonderful.

The Tech did a very nice job. There was one small area near a wine rack that was missed. I ended up doing it myself because I am listing my house for sale within the next two weeks and your company could not come back to check it in a timely manner. Also there is an area in the laundry room entering from the garage which did not come as clean as it had when I used a different carpet cleaning company.

If I'm being honest, I am happy with the results, but I don't believe you are any better than any other company I've used in the past. I did expect more.

I am very pleased with my carpets they look so bright and smell clean. It only took about 5 hours to dry with the furnace running. The fans helped with the drying of my carpets. I liked that they explained everything including the price and discounts and did a walk through with me before starting to clean. Mark did an excellent job. He was respectful, pleasant and very careful with my furniture and possessions. I have already told 2 friends about your service. I would use your service again. Name removed

The gentlemen who worked at my house carpets was amazing very helpful and gave us useful information. I enjoyed him not only as a worker but as a person.
