I liked the phone call the day before to give me an idea when the man would be arriving and he called me on his way and it was in the time frame given. He was very friendly and efficient with setting up and he was quick and accommodating with some furniture we moved around. The carpeting looks very clean BUT it has this "sticky" feeling to many areas and that was not there before.

Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Carpet came out cleaner than expected and didn't take long at all!!

Want to say what a great job Ryan who was my technician did. He worked his butt off!! He explained everything he was going to do and what he was going to use and how it worked. It really made me feel at ease knowing that I had a really dedicated person doing my job. Would recommend him and would like to have him back again in the spring when I do my bedrooms!!

Fast ,thorough and effective cleaning. David was terrific and made our home shine . Area rugs carpets and our dog's chair all came out completely looking new. The citrus scent is welcome afterwards . Highly recommend using Zero for your next needs.
