The only reason I didn’t give a 10, was because from one cleaning to the next the areas the were considered a room vs a high traffic area changed. Last time my Living Room, Dining Room and stairs were considered Rooms in the 3 room special, and my Hallway was a high traffic area for an additional charge. This go round, my hallway was now considered a room. Mildly disappointing, but a great job done none the less!

Quick and clean
I was very impressed with the speed at which we were scheduled. I was impressed with the accuracy of the timing in coming to my home. The carpets are white and difficult to clean as they show wear. The result is wonderful and will keep me from purchasing new carpets for sometime.

Loved the service and the lemony clean smell. My carpets looked great after they were cleaned and smelled clean without a chemical or soapy fragrance. I loved that it was safe for me as well as my pets to walk on the carpets while they are still damp. The door screen that they put in place was efficient in keeping the cold air outside and my pets safe. Both guys that came were very nice, hard working, personable and efficient. They showed up when they said they would. A little more expensive than the competitors but I feel it was worth it.

That was a plus. He actually got down on his hands and knees and smelled the carpet...I wouldn't even do that! He got to work and was done before I knew it.The carpets were dry by that evening. I was a little confused by the pricing. I had the 3 room special for $119 and the level 1 cleaning with the biological treatment in 3 rooms...which was an additional $60...per room. That is where I got confused. All in all, I am very happy with the job that was done. Thank you. Name removed

This is the second year I have used your carpet cleaning services and I am pleased. I was a bit surprised when the service tech called to let me know that he was on his way and my caller id revealed that he was calling from his personal cell phone. I thought Zerorez should supply their service techs with company phones.
