Dave Bierema was very professional. He was thorough with explanation of services and options. He explained my Berber carpets would be completely dry in the morning and he was 100% correct. I have had my carpets cleaned for years by another company and I will come back to ZeroRez for future cleanings. The carpets smell great, they look perfect, and I am not concerned about my 5 month old rolling around on them. It really was great to have them dry so fast with having kids.

The duct technician, Joseph Mego, was outstanding! Joe took extra care to explain the process and make sure that our ducts were throughly cleaned.
