First time customer of Zerorez. I've heard about your company many, many times on the radio. Needed something to spruce up my 20+ year carpet. My appointment was on Tuesday, 12/5/217. I was given a window of between 12:00 and 3:00. To my pleasant surprise, Joe called and said he would be here a little early. He took a look around, assessed the workload and immediately got to work. He was done in a little over 2 hours. He was quick, polite, and made our carpet look nearly new. Joe is a wonderful representative of your company. Thank you! Name removed

Products - clean, deodorizes, no chemical smell. You can see the difference. We've used Coit, Stanley and none of them measure up to you guys.

My carpet and chairs looked like they were brand new again! I was so excited to see the huge stain from my son and sick dog was completely gone. AND the carpet was fairly dry when they were done so I could get back to daily life with minimal disruption.

I worked with 2 people at your company; the woman I spoke to who scheduled the appointment, and the man who physically came to my house to do the job, Nick. They were both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. You couldn't ask for 2 better employees. The job that was done far exceeded our expectations. It's 2 days later and we are still thrilled. Nick thoroughly explained everything he was doing and why- and while in conversation with Nick my husband brought up a time he was stationed in Germany while he was in the Army and Nick informed us of a 10% discount for Veterans! Does it get any better than that? We were impressed by the professionalism, what a great job Zerorez does with cleaning, but also by how Zerorez thinks of everything; a cover for the front door, guards to protect corners of the walls, and a big fan that helped expedite the drying of the carpets. Having Zerorez clean our carpets was 100% a pleasurable experience. You really know what you're doing and believe me; the next time we need our carpets cleaned, we're not wasting our time with anyone else; we're calling you!

The technician was prompt, polite and professional. The carpet smelled clean after he left. However, after it sitting for 48 hours I think we still smell the urine that was in the carpet. We will have to call for the follow up.
