The fact that carpets are cleaned with no leftover residue (no stiff feeling) and they use a speed dryer to aid the drying process. Carpets look bright and new.
Natural products, no chemical smell
I was very pleased with a job very well done. Your employee Johnny was a very hard and thorough worker. He left every area I needed done very clean and also helped me put my furniture back in place. I have brass tables and removed them for fear of getting spotted if the cleaner happened to spray on them. I would certainly recommend Zerorez to my friends and acquaintances and will be calling you back very soon to clean two more rooms by Johnny!

I like that the carpet and furniture are clean without being soaking wet. They are damp but dry in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the technician are polite, efficient and do a great job.
Our technician was great and our carpets turned out amazingly.
All the stains came out of my rug & the scent was great & not over powering. By evening the rug was almost completely dry. The high traffic areas were.damp but by morning all was dry. Ryan was very professional & knowledgeable & shared some great tips. The rugs are very soft & not stiff as it was in the past from others using soap. My neighbor is having Zerorez on Mon. Will have you back again in the spring. FANTASTIC WORK!
