From the very beginning when I called to schedule my carpet cleaning everyone was very good to work with. Very friendly, understood what I wanted and everything went very smoothly. My reminder call went well and the workers arrived at my house as scheduled. (they were even able to come a little earlier as they finished up their prior appointment - terrific!) They did a great job cleaning my carpets! I am very satisfied. I will be calling again to have my first floor carpets cleaned also. I am very pleased with Zerorez!
