Technician was very good and a pleasant person.

The carpets turned out excellent, basement carpet colors really jumped out after the cleaning

We had three bathroom tile floors cleaned and sealed, didn't get the same impression from that process. They were cleaned but the sealer effectiveness won't be known for awhile.

The professionalism of the tech, the results you see when the process is complete. The clean citrus scent.
When Jonathan arrived, he informed me of the services provided by Zerorez. He asked if there were certain areas of concern before he began cleaning.
Jonathan portrayed a positive attitude and took pride in the work he did.
The carpet looks great, it is 27 years old and after it was cleaned by Zerorez it was such a revival of our old carpet. My husband and I are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez to our family, friends and neighbors.
