The product is safe for the environment and the service is terrific. Not difficult to get an appointment, technician is prompt and notifies you 1/2 hr before arriving.

Zerorez has managed to schedule me quickly two different times within 3 months to get a date that worked with my schedule. Afterwards, the carpets looked new and the house smelled wonderful. The extra pet service option is worth the money. My new cats couldn’t tell other pets had ever been there and it was a nice surprise to learn the carpeted cat trees could be cleaned too!
The team was prompt, friendly, very cautious with my house, and did a FABULOUS job. I am petty sure they removed stains that were in my carpet for years!
