We used Zerorez for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. We like the fact that the carpet cleaning product does not leave a residue. The technicians are friendly and answered all our questions. With regard to the air duct cleaning, both technicians were very helpful and informative. Our technician Joe answered all our questions and was very careful not to let the dust from the ducts get on carpets and furniture, e understood that some dust was unavoidable.

The service was excellent! Chris, your general manager, was so respectful and knowledgeable about the products and process of the carpet cleaning. Chris was as friendly from the moment he arrived as to the moment he left. I have to say it was a hot day and he worked continuously non stop and was sweating I felt so bad for him, but he still had that smile on his face and he worked vigorously to tackle my carpet cleaning.

First, the Customer Service is second to none.. The rep that I made the appointment with was so knowledgeable and accommodating as I had some ala carte type requests that were clearly defined to me with a very accurate estimate . Second , these guy really do know carpet cleaning .. We had steps that haven’t been shampooed in years and “Wow” what a difference one application made! They definitely listen to their customers and the results are wonderful .

The tech was good, very polite and did a good job. Carpets looked very good after done. He also worked hard to assure that we were charged only for what he did.

My carpets look look like new and they are 5 years old. This is an investment property so it gets a lot of wear. The carpets smell fresh. This is a great product and I liked the fact that the carpet was just damp and not wet.
