We had some carpets in our house cleaned and I think they look really good! We had some black areas along edges or upstairs bedroom and in our hallway and stairs cause the carpets are old and Zerorez fixed them up! They look so much better. And everything feels and smells better too since we have a big hairy dog and he sheds and stinks haha!

Develop a price list for each item you clean and publish this list on the internet. Customers can then see where the pricing comes from. Otherwise, it looks like your employee is defining the the pricing.
