There were issues with the first technician that came to clean my carpets. After he left, I was disappointed in the money I spent and was sorry I had Zerorez clean my carpets. I completed my satisfaction survey letting them know that I was not happy with the service. I DIDN'T HAVE TO CALL THEM, THEY CALLED ME!!!!! They were proactive about the issue. While the manager was apologetic, she also had a plan. She sent out a supervisor to re-clean the carpets and let me know what happened wasn't their procedure and that they would be re-training the technician that cleaned our carpets. I had a follow up call from the manager and she asked that I text her to let her know how things went.
After having the carpets re-cleaned, I was amazed! The carpets looked awesome! There was no smell in the house and the carpets were basically dry when we went to bed. Even though we had an issue in the beginning, I would definitely use Zerorez. They stand behind their product and service. I couldn't be happier about how the carpets look and I certainly couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you Zerorez for a job well done.

Easy to deal with professional workers

The employees that initially came to my home were professional and knowledgeable about their product and the process they answered all my questions satisfactorily. The employee that delivered the carpet was also very professional and since I told the initial guys I was moving to FL and not putting the carpet back down here he came to the house with the carpet wrapped in plastic and placed it in my garage and made sure it was placed in a way that it would not be damaged.
