I was so impressed with the cleaning. My rug is 12 years old. It was filthy. I have 3 dogs, 5 grandchildren. Its been about 3 years since i had it cleaned. So I didn't think it would look new again. The price is very reasonable. From scheduling to the day of service was very easy and stress free. Zerorez communicates quickly with you during scheduling and arrival. The tech explains everything thoroughly and was Willis to demo other services that they offer (grout cleaning). The product is excellent. There is a light clean smell, no chemical odors. It dries very quickly. The technician who came to my home on 7/30 was so wonderful. He was thorough in his explanation and work. He took the time to take care to keep my house clean by covering his shoes and door. He worked very hard and quickly. He took the time to offer to clean other rooms in my home and I didn't feel like he rushed the job.
