He was efficient and did an excellent drive. Now I'm trying to figure out how to clear more rooms to have them done. The pricing was also a very pleasant surprise and very reasonable.

PRODUCT: We've had our carpets cleaned by another company before, but the results were never this good. My biggest complaint about our other carpet cleaning experience is that the carpet was left feeling very stiff. After Zerorez cleaned our carpet it feels nearly as soft as the day we bought it. I will absolutely be using Zerorez again.

I was extremely impressed with the service. I called to make an appointment and talked to a very nice person who set everything up. Then I got my call the day before to confirm my appointment time the next day. The day of the appointment they called to let me know they were on their way. Two very nice young men came with Company uniforms and reviewed every room and told me all of my cleaning options and let me know the final price before they started. I was so satisfied with the outcome. They did such a great job. They actually got out 3 stains that I would have bet money would not come out but it did. The two men worked together to get the job done and even left us with foot protectors. I would 100% recommend Zerorez to everyone.
