My carpets look brand new!!! I could not be happier!!! And our tech was extremely professional and friendly!!!! I won't use anyone else again!!!

Came when promised. Areas of carpet cleaned looked and smelled great! Only concern -- a recliner chair in the middle of the room wasn't cleaned under because the technician said there would probably be rust marks left under the chair from the metal under it. Am just thinking when that chair is moved to a new area, there will be a very noticeably different square area of carpet formerly covered by the chair. Other than that, am very satisfied.

The tech was quick, thorough and very nice. He did an excellent job with everything. The floors were not sticky, they dried very quickly and smelled fresh and clean. Very happy.

Dan and Chris were fantastic. Very professional, kind and caring about my home. The carpet was very dirty and had many stains. They removed all stains without having to use harsh chemicals. Carpets looks nearly brand new.

2nd time using Zerorez and I just love them! We had to get our boat rugs & cushions cleaned due to a break in. Small job but it was a muddy mess! Had no problems making the appointment. Tech showed up earlier than scheduled which was great. Priced everything out and made adjustments to what we needed and what could wait. Did a wonderful job, so good in fact that we we'll hire them again before the holidays.
