Loved the service and the lemony clean smell. My carpets looked great after they were cleaned and smelled clean without a chemical or soapy fragrance. I loved that it was safe for me as well as my pets to walk on the carpets while they are still damp. The door screen that they put in place was efficient in keeping the cold air outside and my pets safe. Both guys that came were very nice, hard working, personable and efficient. They showed up when they said they would. A little more expensive than the competitors but I feel it was worth it.

That was a plus. He actually got down on his hands and knees and smelled the carpet...I wouldn't even do that! He got to work and was done before I knew it.The carpets were dry by that evening. I was a little confused by the pricing. I had the 3 room special for $119 and the level 1 cleaning with the biological treatment in 3 rooms...which was an additional $60...per room. That is where I got confused. All in all, I am very happy with the job that was done. Thank you. Name removed

I have had many companies come and clean my carpets. I do have 2 big dogs. I get my whole house 1 a year and my family room twice a year. I was very please on how clean a fluffy my family room carpet turned out. This time I had my sofa cleaned and was happy with that also.
