I'm thrillled with the results. I never thought my carpets could look this good consider how badly stained they were and the fact that they are 12 years old. The whole house looks different. I have 2 dogs and 2 kids, and I was really just hoping that the carpets would be clean, even though they'd still be stained. My carpets look like new! Very knowledgeable about all of your products, even sold me on one of them & opted me into the pet topical carpet treatment as he was able to detect that my cat has been missing his litter box pretty much every time.
