Great service cleaning the carpets.

It works! It got the crud from a toilet gasket that was drug through my hallway and down two flights of steps. It had been in the carpeting for at least 3 months. Andrew Nelson the serviceman did an excellent job! My carpeting looks like new and it dried in half the time. Very pleased. No harsh chemicals and no strong odor.

The guys that did both my carpets and my ducts were professiona and did their job really well. We bought a house and wanted to make sure it was clean before we moved in. The guy that cleaned my carpets got down on his hands and knees to smell the stain on the carpet to see if it needed a special cleaner to get the stain out of my carpet. These guys went above and beyond to clean my house. I would definitely recommend zerorez to anyone who is looking to clean their carpets or ducts.

The carpets came very clean, even some spots that I had extracted previously but were unable to get out. Very little odor associated with the cleaning and Nate, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable.

Came when promised. Areas of carpet cleaned looked and smelled great! Only concern -- a recliner chair in the middle of the room wasn't cleaned under because the technician said there would probably be rust marks left under the chair from the metal under it. Am just thinking when that chair is moved to a new area, there will be a very noticeably different square area of carpet formerly covered by the chair. Other than that, am very satisfied.
