The carpets look great, with the staircase and landings looking better than they have been in years.
My only concern was how wet they were and how long they took to dry.

I liked the friendliness of your staff and also that they gave me the time to make sure my cat was safely out of the way so as not to be frightened. I liked the time they spent and were not rushed in there time. I was also impressed with the drying time. I was able to sit on my chair that same evening. The smell was very pleasant. so I will tell my friends about you.

Carpets are much cleaner and fresher looking. The steps did not come out as well as the carpets, but it is berber carpeting.

Friendly and reliable service - Easy to schedule via phone for a date that worked for me. i received a call the day before, as promised, to confirm the arrival window and a call the day of to let me know they were on the way. Cleaners arrived promptly, explained everything, and completed the work within the estimated time. Both were very friendly and easy to work with.
I also I like the concept of a residue-free cleaning.
