Easy to schedule service. Service called 15 minutes before arrival. Service provider was very polite and task oriented. Smell of product on carpet was very pleasant. Every stain was removed (except one small rust spot), even long lasting major spill. Company automatically gave coupon price.

Quick,efficient,odourless spotless carpets after the application. My carpets were quite soiled due to high traffic areas and after appointing Zerorez they came up perfect.
Joe, who was our service man, was very cordial and explained everything... then went right to work. The results were remarkable, (even on a fairly old white Berber carpet that had seen years of Pittsburgh grime). The carpeting on the steps looked brand new. Everything smelled clean, not like chemicals. Drying time was nothing. All really great.
My carpet is clean and looks good. Joe Bizic and Sam did a super job explaining the procedure, were careful with our furniture and were very courteous. My carpet and I will welcome them back again next year!
Nathan was amazing to work with, arrived promptly, offered to clean anything extra that we needed and the carpets came out TOTALLY AWESOME! I called on Monday and got an appointment by Wednesday the same week! We purchased a home that has off white carpet and it looks brand new! Thank you Zerorez!
