The guy who did the work was very good.
The workers were very courteous and explained everything about the process. The cost was much more than I expected with the add on expenses, but the carpets were clean and that's what I wanted.
The service tech was very friendly, and went over all items in detail. The service he provided was top notch. Was quick, and very tidy. I would use zerorez again without a doubt.
