We were very pleased with Nate. He was very nice and he worked continuously. He did not involve us in a lot of chit chat, and our car liked him.

This was my first time using your services. Nick arrived and we went over the plan just like I was told we would and then he got down to business. OMG we could not have been more surprised! I hadn't had my carpets cleaned in a number of years, I have two older dogs and over the last two and a half year both of them had gotten sick at separate times and I wasn't thinking about my carpets. Then in June we decided to get a puppy since we thought he was house broken I gave you a call and made my appointment.
I can't tell you how happy we have been since having them cleaned. We thought get them cleaned and if they can give us just another year before we have to spend money again on new carpet. I'm not happy about that because we bought a very good brand and thought it was going to last us for a while.
We were amazed at how clean you were able to get our carpets. Nick explained some of the treatment options at the beginning and I had said no thanks and that was the end of it, but my carpets had come so clean I read the pamphlet and talked to him again and he explained a little more and I decided to get my heavy living spaces treated. My carpets dried very nicely, vacuumed great and we are still happily amazed at how clean they became.

Dave was AWESOME! My 15-year old carpet looks brand new. I was so impressed. I was told that my service would be sometime between 2 and 5. Dave called at 1:15 and asked if it was ok if he was EARLY. Of course it was ok. He arrived just after 1:30 and by 3:15 he was finished and gone. He carefully worked around a few of my large pieces of furniture (namely my 42 year old family heirloom China cabinet) that we could not move and moved my couch and chair himself as he worked around them. He got all of the stains out of my light tan colored carpet and left it clean and soft. I already recommended Zerorez to my family and friends and will use them again for other services in the future myself. Give Dave a raise!
