It smells very good and I like that it was not soaking wet and did not take forever to dry.I have dogs and cats that were on it right after it was cleaned.

The techs were extremely friendly & knowledgeable. I would have liked to see the debri/dust/dirt that came out of the air ducts & how dirty the water was from our carpets. The carpet cleaning agents smelled very refreshing & I am extremely happy I no longer smell dogs when I enter the house.

I like that my vents are visibly clean and there’s no more dusty weird smell coming from them. I’ve had our carpets cleaned in the past and I love that the house smells fresh and not like chemicals, and they come out looking brand new!

First time customer of Zerorez. I've heard about your company many, many times on the radio. Needed something to spruce up my 20+ year carpet. My appointment was on Tuesday, 12/5/217. I was given a window of between 12:00 and 3:00. To my pleasant surprise, Joe called and said he would be here a little early. He took a look around, assessed the workload and immediately got to work.
