I loved my technician, Chuck. He showed up with a great attitude and did a terrific job on my 8 rooms that needed done.

The carpets came out great. He left around 4 and the carpets were completely dry by the next morning.

Chuck from Zerorez arrived in the time window that was previously arranged. He called while in route to keep me informed of his approx. arrival time. When he arrived he was donning a mask & booties which was appreciated in this covid environment. Chuck was very polite and professional. He explained the other products that I might want to consider but I never felt pressured to upgrade what I had previously arranged. Most importantly he did an excellent job. Based on this experience my first with Zerorez I would gladly recommend and will use again.

The gentleman was very nice and professional but it seemed to a lot faster thank the first time we did it. And the first time around it was cleaner and the citrus smell was a lot more evident. Not sure if it was clean as good this time. Love your service thou.

Good service

Technicians were very professional and efficient. They provided suggestions about floor care (of what not to put on surfaces). The end result of all floors (carpet and laminate) turned out great.

Chuck was very consciousness, neat and professional. I appreciated him wearing a mask and placing aisle runners down when he was cleaning. He took great care of everything he moved and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. He explained all the procedure and offered many services that I could add to help with spots and stains etc. I highly recommend him! You are lucky to have such a great employee. I've had other carpet cleaners (not with Zeorez) and was very dissatisfied. So glad I found this company! Thank you!

Great technician. Wish I had a few more minutes to talk to him about his military service. But friendly, wore mask, explained pricing. Overall great work!

Professionalism, efficiency, thoroughness, communication, finished product

The products you have are great. I did like the tech we had previous to the last visit. I just can't think of his name.

Cleaning men did a nice job and was careful moving things. No problems.

When I scheduled the date for cleaning, most of the personal info I gave was incorrect. I was supposed to receive everything we discussed via e mail within minutes; never received a thing. My phone number was incorrect in the system. Then I was supposed to receive an itemized bill after I paid the cleaners which never came. I gave it 24 hours then I finally called to find out that my bill was sent to someone else! As I said, they did a good job on the cleaning, but the rest I would rate a 0. Really don't know if I would go through all this for a simple carpet cleaning again.
