Loved the technician and the job that was done. I did feel that I was getting a special then got upcharged excessively (not the technician's fault) . What I thought would cost no more than $150/$200 cost me $359. I felt the deodorizing charge was beyond excessive for two spots that were right next to each other and small in size. If I use another company in the future it is because I felt excessively overcharged.

John Jackson, the serviceman who cleaned my carpets, was very pleasant to work with. There are many carpet cleaning services out there but service means the most to me. I have already started telling people when they need there carpets cleaned, request him.
BTW...... the carpet was pretty bad from 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a 7 year old. They are all now like new.
