The process was quick and was reasonably priced. It even got out stubborn eyeliner stains that I've been trying to clean for years. The technician was knowledgeable and did a nice job.

I was thrilled with my service. I was not able to be home during the service, but my sister was able to help and she said that Zero Rez seemed very knowledgeable. My new house clearly had flooding in the basement in the past and the house smelled old and damp when the heat or AC was running. Since Zero Rez completed the vent cleaning - there is no smell, nothing! It's wonderful. I definitely would recommend this service.

Donna was very friendly and walked through the house explaining what would be done. We were supposed to have a chair cleaned and she recommended against it due to the age and fabric type, saying she didn’t want us to waste the money and have it not come out looking good. We appreciated her honesty. Carpets looked very clean afterwards and there were no chemical odors or anything left behind.

Just moved into this home and wondered if the carpets were worth cleaning or replacing, but David made my carpets look like new! He was very professional and paid attention to all the areas that needed extra care. I would call Zerorez again, GREAT JOB !

Good communication with making the appointment! The technician called and texted his estimated arrival time. He also was kind enough to try to make it earlier in the day, but I couldn’t change my time slot.

We have three dogs and a cat. We’ve needed some pet stains attending to and the spots are gone! The stairs and area rug were done also and I’m glad that I paid the extra money to do it!
