Overall good experience. Technician is always knowledgeable and pleasant. Have a pet so need good products to deal with problem areas. Carpet is not overly saturated so drying time is reasonable. Been using Zerorez for a while now. Will continue to use, very happy with results.

Super friendly technician! I was shocked that he was able to get out the most stubborn stains, finger nail polish! My daughter ruined (or so I thought) her carpet with finger nail polish and slime (glue)! The technician was able to get all of the stains out without leaving even a trace of it! We are so impressed and will be recommending Zerorez to everyone we know!!!
