The service providers were accommodating and did a great job. I actually missed the call letting me know they were coming and when I called back they had moved on to the next job, but rerouted me into their schedule for later in the day. When they arrived there was a team of two, one being a trainee. They were both extremely respectful of my home as well as friendly to me and to my pup. The established employee was being instructive to the trainee, but in a kind and patient manner that stood as a testament to the quality of individuals working in your company. They worked quickly and did a great job! My velvet sofa looks amazing!

The tech that work at my home was very professional

My wife’s allergies and breathing problems started getting progressively worse this last winter, so after hearing Larry Richert and Shelly Duffy on KDKA radio talk about Zerorez, we decided to call and get our ductwork cleaned. That made a positive difference but didn’t completely solve the problem, so we talked about replacing all the old carpeting in our 4-bedroom townhouse. Very expensive.
That’s when we decided to call Zerorez to get an estimate on cleaning our carpets. What a good decision that was. That day, two very nice young men wearing shoe coverings and masks, Luke and Isiah, came out, walked us through each room, told us what needed to be done and gave us an estimate.
We said yes and were called later that day to make an appointment, Donna Bordeaux called the next Monday, got here on time, worked very hard and did such a great job cleaning our carpets, we invited her back to clean and treat our hardwood floors. We are absolutely delighted with the results. Not only does the old carpeting look almost new again, the hardwood floors look like they were just put down.
All the people we dealt with at Zerorez have been terrific – from Luke and Isiah to Donna to Rachel, your manager – they have been professional, thorough, very hard working, warm and friendly, and a credit to their craft and the company.
