Donna was very friendly and walked through the house explaining what would be done. We were supposed to have a chair cleaned and she recommended against it due to the age and fabric type, saying she didn’t want us to waste the money and have it not come out looking good. We appreciated her honesty. Carpets looked very clean afterwards and there were no chemical odors or anything left behind.

Good communication with making the appointment! The technician called and texted his estimated arrival time. He also was kind enough to try to make it earlier in the day, but I couldn’t change my time slot.

Professional staff, reasonable pricing

Overall good experience. Technician is always knowledgeable and pleasant. Have a pet so need good products to deal with problem areas. Carpet is not overly saturated so drying time is reasonable. Been using Zerorez for a while now. Will continue to use, very happy with results.
