Zerorez made scheduling rug cleaning easy, with several service windows available to me on a selection of dates. A call one day before further defined the time of arrival. The specialist called early on the scheduled date to report his estimated time of arrival. The cleaning was thorough and dealt extremely well with several old pet stains. Clients will find Zerorez use of a citrus-based cleaning solution particularly welcome -- there is no overly perfumed or chemical odor left behind. I was interested to learn of other cleaning services Zerorez offers, such as hardwood floors and area rugs. Charles, the specialist who performed the work, was one of the best who has worked at my home. HIs professionalism makes him a great spokesperson for the company.

We had our ducts cleaned, which we had never done before. The guys came within the time frame given and called to say they were on their way. They explained everything they were going to do. They were amazingly quiet and the whole process took about 1.5 hours. We were very pleased and saw the before and after photos. If you’ve never had your ducts cleaned, you should!
