Super friendly technician! I was shocked that he was able to get out the most stubborn stains, finger nail polish! My daughter ruined (or so I thought) her carpet with finger nail polish and slime (glue)! The technician was able to get all of the stains out without leaving even a trace of it! I am satisfied with the carpet cleaning. However I was not happy that I was near the last
appointment of the day, he came near 4 pm which meant my carpets did not totally dry until
the next morning. I had booked this appointment nearly 2 weeks ahead.
