Even as a new patient I was able to get an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. Everyone that I encountered from the front desk to the nurse to the PA and the doctor himself were all very patient and understanding. They gave me the feeling that they were very concerned about my problem. They explained the treatment options clearly. I didn't feel rushed when discussing my problem. Dr Tandrun had been recommended by other people that I know and now I know why.
