Was able to obtain an appointment within a week. Easy check in. Met with the nurse only a couple of minutes of appointment. Had x-rays and met with my doctor after very short wait. Doctor went over x-ray and explained problem, options and gave a shot to relieve pain.

• The nurse (can’t remember her name, African American), was very thorough and patient.
• Technician, explained how to properly use the knee brace, and has excellent communication skills.
We live in California. Here visiting relatives. But if we ever move to Jacksonville, this would be our primary care facility. Good to know United Healthcare PPO was accepted.
