We were acknowledged when we entered the office. Called to the back room at my appointment time. Dr. in about 8-10 minutes later. Out of the office 5 minutes later. All associates were uplifting, kind, knowledgeable and attentive.

I was impressed with how smoothly the appt. went. I was taken back to exam
room early, answered questions, had xrays, saw the doctor and was back to my
car almost before the time of my scheduled appointment. Very little waiting!! And
that is not a normal thing. As with other appts. at Baptist South, parking can be
an issue as I do not use a parking garage if at all possible so park a distance and
walk. Not always good when you have a knee issue!!
Then was referred quickly for therapy and that process went well.
So most pleased so far with services of JOI.

Your staff seemed friendly, the space was comfortable, I didn't have to wait too long and for me it is a convenient location. Parking may be the only issue at Baptist South. Expecially for someone with orthopedic issues!!
