Alisha in schedules went beyond to help correct my primary doctor’s referral that wasn’t getting through the system. I was falling through the crack with no progress for a month until she stepped in and helped the primary’s referral person get it corrected. The ladies at check- in and nurses are friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Smith was very professional and knowledgeable and I am grateful to be under his care for a needed procedure. Very pleased with this office and their care.
