Friendly and professional up front staff. Medical staff, in particular, Dr. Steinberg is outstanding! Only a 9 because of the location (I live in Baptist South area and usually go there, ) but this was a semi emergency and I was squeezed in at the last moment to see Dr Steinberg at the San Marco location, rather than Baptist South. I had been seeing him there for the same issue.
