The staff and doctor were all exceptionally attentive to my condition and performed all of the needed testing and care in a kind, professional and expedient manner.
First, the wait time was minimal. Then when I went into the exam room, the person there was quick but thorough. I didn't feel rushed at all. Then I have her my CD's with pictures of my left hip. She took them out to the doctor. Then the doctor wanted more x rays to do a comparison. That all went rather quick. When the doctor came in, he was very patient but he took his time to explain things to me in a way someone with no medical knowledge would understand. He saw what I needed and I told him, "I know what I want". He asked me what and I told him. He said yes, that's what I need. He was very, very agreeable. After he left, his PA or MA came in to explain some things to me and also gave me paperwork. This team, Dr. Bell and his staff are extremely helpful.
When I walked out to the lobby to leave, one of the girls at the counter said she was calling the shuttle for me. She also gave me the phone number for the shuttle so the next time I come to the office, I can call the shuttle and they would come to my car and get me.
