Great doctor & staff. Easy parking and access to the office
Quick process check in and out. Great overall visit.
Everyone from front desk to back office was very polite and professional and willing to help. They were very helpful and had encouraging demeanors and I really feel that I was provided with caring service from the front desk through the physician and his team.
Wise counsel on what is needed.
The staff.
The staff is kind and caring.. the doctor was funny but professional..and I didn't have to wait a lengthy time to get in and get taken care of..
A seamless process. Dr. Snyder is great. He listens and doesn’t have you go through unnecessary tests. He has common sense. Everyone in the office is courteous and welcoming.
I am an old patient & when I fell X-rays showed a nondisplaced fracture of the radius but were unable to clearly identify a wrist fracture because of arthritis. I called for Dr Steinberg & with records including X-rays worked me into his schedule in 2 days. I did indeed have a fracture at the base of my hand in addition to the radius. No surgery was needed, PTL, I have a brace & instructions for rom exercises. I am appreciative that I could be seen promptly & alleviate any further problems!
Dr. Smith quickly performed an exam and knew what my problem was. He ordered the MRI, same day, and scheduled a follow up phone call for two day later. He talked with me about seeing Dr. Miller and set up that visit too. It was not 4 appointments, weeks in between the visits and tests and then weeks for a follow up. His staff and nurses were friendly and helpful. One of the best doctor visits, exam, tests, and outcomes I have ever experienced.
The referral from 4 differant people on doctor Sunday Ero
Nice, professional and on time.
Reception desk was very professional, courteous, and helpful. Nurse and doctor friendly and thorough.
Very nice, professional and clean!
Everyone very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff and competent doctors.
Prompt, efficient, friendly, extremely knowledgeable-- The best orthopedic Dr I've been too, and I have been to many in my 81 years!!
Everyone was friendly, short wait. I was comfortable with the doctor, he was knowledgeable and thorough
Not long wait in waiting rm. Nurses and doctor very caring...answering all questions. Telling me what I need to hear, not what I want to hear about my condition. Well thought out plan to improve my condition.
10 star perfect
Everything! Best care there is! Nothing but the best!
Kurt was GREAT helping understand my physical challenges and getting them corrected.
Dr. Graham couldn't have been any nicer and actually listened to what I had to say. Had to get xrays and still can't believe how quickly the xray tech came to get me. No big wait time at all. Would highly recommend to friends.
Dr. Gould was amazing. So caring and compassionate and cared not just about my foot but was intent on getting a full medical picture with records. He immediately made me feel comfortable. While my issue isn’t resolved yet, I’m past the anxiety of being told I should have surgery “to look around”.
Promptness, efficient programming and above all, Dr. Whittaker- totally impressive service to patient
Making the appointment was easy: however, I had to reschedule as I was told I needed to pick up the scan disk from Akumin as JOI did not have access. Only I get there at the rescheduled appointment and the first thing the assistant said was that JOI had access and had the information. Which was great, but unfortunately, I was given the wrong information. I was in and out about an hour 15 minutes which was not bad. Dr. Steinberg is still great. He did my ganglion surgery years ago and as promised you can barely see the incision and it never came back.
I do want to say the front office staff are not professional: They were giggling and laughing talking about personal things I would assume. The young Black female at the end that waited on me was rude and disrespectful. She asked if I had completed the paperwork on-line for which I responded yes. She advised she could not find it, but eventually located it I assume. I advised her that I had signed everything but the HIPPA notice as I did not receive it on-line; therefore I could not sign stating I did. She then stood up and said that she would read it to me and I respond while she input the info. Someone overhead the conversation and handed me the form. The person waiting on me then shows me the form to complete while standing, talking loud and slow as if I was hard of hearing as well as slow to understand (very demeaning way). I advised her that I could read with understanding (now notice there is nothing to complete on a HIPPA notice). The form she shows me is the medical information for which I already completed. She was basically "show boating" for her peers. I then commented that "You know you are being evaluated just so you know." She changes her attitude and then states she was talking loud due to the mask (we know that was not the reason. I refuse to be insulted and ask that you train your staff to be professional: not talking about personal things while patients have to wait for you to finish. Don't talk down to patients and make assumptions that they can't read/hard of hearing, if patient request HIPPA form as it is not available on the site, just give them a copy, better yet take the signature off the on-line and just give patients a copy and have them sign when they come to the appointment. The ONLY reason I did not drop the rating is because I understand anything below a 9 is bad and I don't want JOI to suffer due to bad experience of unprofessional front office staff. I have come to JOI for over 20 years and would and do recommend JOI. Please correct: 1)Asking patients to sign stating they received the form, but it was not provided, personal conversations of office staff while patients wait, Not knowing what they are presenting, talking oud and in a slow speed to insinuate that the patient is illiterate and stating I will read it to you and you respond especially when HIPPA consent is several pages long and does not require a response other than if you received it YES/NO. BTW I shared that with someone of about the same age to see if I was being "too sensitive." They stated they would have been offended as well. Thank you for the opportunity to submit feedback as that is how we learn and grow.
Trust you completely and get in when I need to.

It was easy to get an appointment and everything went smoothly.
