Dr. was friendly yet professional. He was very comfortable to communicate with. He was very forthcoming and thorough with information, science, and compassion about my situation. He presented me with choices I had and explained the pros and cons of the different options. He was generous with his time in making sure any questions I had were addressed and understood. The Drs and staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I wish things could be taken care of quicker. I know there are protocols and insurance requirements, but I don't feel it should take weeks or months to get to a conclusion.

Very professional and clear answers to questions
So grateful for the lady who found an earlier appointment for me when my pain became worse and I was till 8 days out from the appt I had scheduled. She was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. And she led me to Dr. Bohsali who was kind and patient with me - I was very concerned that I would require surgery. But he assessed me and recommended physical therapy first. I am looking forward to starting that with a local JOI PT office on Monday.
