Megan was so fantastic. I showed up and I was the only one there for class and she’s so enthusiastically was like I will totally do a private class for you if you want. Honestly, I didn’t know if I was going to take her up on that because I felt so awkward, but she was very reassuring and we ended up doing the private class and it was great. She met me where I that was at and was a very good instructor one on one. I really appreciate her for this.
I love how intense the yoga sculpt classes are! The classes push me to finish a set and makes me feel amazing after.

Great studio! Class was challenging. The instructor remembered me from many years ago.
Kim Conklin continues to be an amazing instructor with motivating playlists! She also does a lot to foster a sense of community. Everyone stops to chat with her and she knows everyone by name.

The studio is clean, the app works fairly well, the teachers are nice, the music is fun, there are a lot of timeslots for classes (in particular, I like the later classes for those of us who work late).

Unfortunately, I no longer am a CPY member after a decade+! Due to the state I live in... but whenever I'm back home visiting family... I see MD at Glenview. The best there is. No a doubt about it. If you want to get smoked on a Friday morning... catch MD. She had a beautiful quote that I needed to hear in class the other day
"Every new challenge... your initial emotions are fear/anxiety. Once you replace that with excitement/gratitude... that's when you can actually approach that new challenge." Amen.

I am Corepower Yoga's biggest fan - I love everything about it. The teachers are amazing, the workouts always burn, and the music ia great.
Conner M has such a beautiful light! They make each class such a beautiful place to be – – even harder postures that I wouldn’t attempt under other instructors are met with encouragement and helpful tips when attempted! Their readings and thoughtful words are always meaningful and drive my practice and my mindfulness further :)
