I love this CorePower Yoga location! It’s conveniently close to my job, so I can stop in during lunch or right after work. I’ve only taken classes with Adam so far, and he’s been fantastic. As a total beginner, I really appreciate how clear and easy his instructions are to follow. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and I leave feeling refreshed every time.

My Corepower home studio is in Nashville, and I LOVE it! I was here in Charleston for vacation and got to attend the Mount Pleasant studio for free as part of my membership. It is simply fantastic too!!! Inwiah I could take the fabulous teachers back with me to Nashville!

My instructor was amazing. Her name was Caroline, her class was challenging but she made it fun and she was super helpful. She basically did the whole workout with us too which I thought was very impressive. I've been to a few workout classes and she was the perfect mix of helpful, motivational, and inspiring. Great class!
