This is a special shout out for Myra. Myra is such a special person with a level of kindness that is very rare. She is an amazing manager of the upper west side studio, but she’s also just a ray of light for all of us coming in to take some time for ourselves. I am always so excited to see her and her energy brings an added level of motivation and joy every time. I know I’m not alone in this as many people adore Myra. And I also just took Lexi‘s class. It’s always an A+ class. She has amazing energy and excellent sequences.
I do not do yoga often (I am a group fitness instructor teaching 5 classes a week), but I love to add it when I can. I really loved all the movement and felt great during and after class. I have one suggestion (as a fitness professional), and that would be for the instructor to have a microphone. It was hard to hear her. If class members are not familiar with all the movements, it is helpful if you are sure what you are hearing. It was really fun, and I would come back when I am in town!
I like my core power instructors. They are wonderful and well trained. I hope they get compensated fairly for their hard work. I’ve read online that core power instructors get very low pay despite having full classes. I have not raised this with my personal instructors but have seen discourse about this on the internet.

Facility was clean, checking in was a breeze, and the teacher was fabulous. I was traveling so I was new to the studio.
It’s a great workout for both relaxing and intense options. Awesome when it’s cold outside to get warm quick and motivates me to workout. Best yoga classes I have taken!

This Core Power location has great teachers and diverse offerings of class types. This studio is very clean. Highly recommended!
Minnetonka CPY is an outstanding studio. The class offerings are robust, the teachers well-trained, and the environment calming. CPY is welcoming to new students, which is a positive.
Banning phones from the studios would be a benefit. People need to learn to unplug.
The many times and locations allow me to work out a session whenever I have time. I also appreciate the way it's a combination of traditional and 'new' or stretch asanas.
I really enjoyed the candle lit vibe of the class. Also, my instructor was so kind and genuinely helpful. I struggled quite a bit and she was very positive.
Love the community feel, love the heated studios. The classes work out every part of my body and mind.
It’s a great studio. The teachers and the classes are great… The only recommendation I would make is to ask people not to talk during class. Seems like there’s a lot of that otherwise it’s a great experience and a wonderful place.
The managers, Ro and Bre, create a wonderful environment- I feel like this studio is my ‘Cheers’ (where everybody knows my name)

Anna was an incredible instructor. It was my first time at one of her classes, but her choice of music, her encouragement throughout the class, and her positive energy was unlike anything I've seen in a CorePower instructor. I will definitely be prioritizing attendance at her classes!
