I was almost ready to leave CorePower Maple Grove and search out a different business in the area until you added the 1.5 level. Now, it would really be nice if a second class at that level would be added to the schedule so there's an option of days available.
Jen is a fantastic instructor. I love her! She's always smiling and positive. However, sometimes it's hard to hear her because the music is so loud.

I always loose the most weight feel the healthiest and get in my best possible shape when doing hot yoga and sculpt classes . I have tried other exercises places and diets but nothing compares.
I love all the variety of classws and definitely all the time options .
