I was a first-time visitor to the St Louis Park branch, and I was greeted with open arms by the studio manager. She was subbing for the class, and she really made me feel at home. I live in Washington, DC but I visit Minnesota often and I will definitely return. I'll also sign up for a Sculpt class at the Bethesda, MD studio soon.

Jen and all of the teachers are so nice and I feel so welcome every time I walk in. The sculpt classes make me feel so good after and have gotten me in great shape. The studio is also very clean compared to any others or gyms I’ve been to. 10/10

Just simply everything! I go several times a week for the 6:15 am class and absolutely love the instructors..... Sarah, Mirriam and Jim.All of them are professional, kind, funny and caring souls. First thing in the morning can be rough, but knowing I'm in such good hands makes all the difference in the world. Cheers! Cherie
