I frequently come into town to visit family and always attend classes at Core power. The reason I choose, our power is the quality and caliber of teachers. The studio environment is excellent as well.
Recently while visiting the Twin Cities, I had the opportunity to take Olivia's sculpt class at the Highland Park studio. Her class was exceptional. Her ability to cater to this varied levels in the class was admirable. I typically Uplevel everything I do and she offered opportunities to challenge yourself and also offered a variety of modifications for all levels throughout the course of the class.
It was impressive how capable she was of intuitively reading the needs of a class as a whole. I've taken hundreds of classes at cp across the US and I would write her teaching skills was truly excellent.
I also had the opportunity to take a Saturday evening 75 minute suit two class at the grand studio. This instructor, although I do not remember her name, was wonderful as well. Her sequence was beautifully curated, her delivery was so knowledgeable and her energy was grounding and nurturing, I would highly recommend this beautiful earth mother instructor even though I do not recall her name.
Thank you for consistently and continuously providing a place to practice grow and connect. I've practiced with your studio since the very beginning. After 20 years, I love you as much as I always have.
I like the heat in the fusion classes. Ive had several instructors in C2. Al and Debra are terrific.

Quality classes
Such a fun approach to hot yoga. It’s rare to have an instructor that demonstrates. I wish I would have stumbled into this class 3 years ago. Instead I had to learn the hard way to understand hot yoga.

Teachers are great. Like the studio atmosphere and enthusiasm. Some classes, especially sculpt are a little too chatty
The arlington heights studio always leaves in a better mindset, empowered, and like I belong. The teachers have become people I look forward to seeing. The community I have built there keeps me coming back.
Teachers are wonderful and friendly, giving helpful feedback and care to folks new to yoga like me. I feel safe and pushed at the same time and really have enjoyed my experience.

CorePower Yoga it’s such a part of my life now! Going on four years and I feel like this experience is part of my family life! The community of other yogis and the instructors are just an exquisite group of people! Tiffany and Suzi are extraordinary at cultivating a culture that you want to come back to over and over. The instructors - Christine, Craig, Jazmin E., Kathy C. Katya, Meg, Nikki, Parna, Polly & Sally are all so amazing! They each bring their own attributes and energy that is so uplifting to experience. I can truly say being part of this group has changed my life! It is such a healthy practice for mind, body, and soul!
