I love going to Corepower at Merrifield. Friendly staff and the temperature of the classes is set to 95 or above which is very nice.

Its a great environment, the yoga and exercise is very good and the people are so nice! I especially liked the yoga sculpt caribbean and latina themed/styled practices, they were so much fun and a great introduction to the studio!

The instructors that I’ve taken classes from in Woodbury are amazing! Energetic, motivating, encouraging, fun and stay positive throughout the entire class! I may walk in with a less-than-ready-set-go attitude, but I know when I leave, I’ll be 100% smiling that I showed up! If you can handle the heat, the workouts are incredible! Every time!!
I used to go to Preston Forest. Now I go up and down 75… Preston, Hollow, Mockingbird, and Henderson usually. Please keep the hot power fusions on the schedule.
