Great work out. Pace of pose changes often too fast for newcomer. My wife tells me there is a variety of classes for different goals, so that is good

Sam was one of my favorite core power teachers I've ever had. I normally don't do hot power fusion because I didn't think it was really my thing but he was fantastic!

I took a C2 class at CorePower Yoga Sauganash and had such a great experience. The class was challenging, energizing, and a great workout. My instructor, Jordan White brought amazing energy and made the class feel really welcoming and motivating. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and can’t wait to come back.
