I enjoy how the teacher builds up each student from the level we show up on our mat each morning. I also like the front desk experience as I arrive and leave because I feel community for a moment of my busy day. Im curious about the knowledge and experience of the teachers because I am valuing the growth challenge at my stage of life. As a middle aged man the mid town yoga scene can be intimidating however Nicole and her Rock Center team are pros and has the studio always feeling like a home to me. I love my CorePower experience.
The studio is well maintained and always clean. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and I love all my instructors. The classes are varied and there is always a day and time i can attend to maintain a consistent practice schedule, and take advantage of varied classes.

The C2 and HPF yoga experience at south loop is great! The free parking and the views are amazing for the city. Specifically Catherine, Nosa, and Gerald are wonderful instructors and take pride in teaching and are extremely intentional about their classes. It's a wonderful experience being their student.
The facility is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the workouts are challenging yet accessible.
I love CorePower! The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is that sometimes the studio has a funky smell, but I know that is inevitable with heated classes.
When making the effort to get to a workout class at Core Power, you can always count on it being a great class with exceptional teachers and a positive friendly community.❤️

Kaitlin offered a challenging and natural flow to the class. The studio was clean and well appointed. Everyone made my experience convenient and enjoyable.
My favorite is yoga sculpt , very intense and satisfying.

Love the instructors. The vibe changes ever so slightly to keep it interesting without too much volatility. Who wants volatility in yoga, LOL? Music can be upbeat, with both Kiras to mellow on a melancholy, dreary Wednesday afternoon, recently with Leah. Sculpt has been great with Vanessa, Eliya, and Rachel. And the always comical Eleanor. + Love Alexandria when I can take later classes.

The instructor, Helen is great. Yoga is new to me and she's made the experience enjoyable while at the same time challenging.
