I enjoyed taking sculpt and C2! I think many of the instructors are trying to bring novel ideas and moves to the class and make it fun. I really really loved Tiffany and Lindsey’s cueing!
I’ve been going to Corepower for over 10 years and this instructor brought back the cold towel! All locations used to do this but it kind of fizzled out.
It is just a wonderful touch at the end of class. I love it and miss it! All studios should bring this back!

I’ve been going to Hinsdale Core Power Yoga for close to 10 years and I’ve always had a great experience. The instructors are amazing, great music Even the up-and-coming instructors are really starting to develop. The facility is always clean, the staff is fun and the Manager Tiffany is always approachable and cares about everyone that walks through that door. I would highly recommend the Hinsdale Core Power location to anyone.

I especially appreciate the balancing postures. It is helpful to have the instructors call each posture and give a few words of how it is beneficial.
I love CorePower Yoga! The instructors at the La Grange studio are top notch. I would love it if they built a CorePower in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, like Orland or Tinley Park. There is no such studio out there and many people from that area come to La Grange, but complain that it is too far.

I just attended a class taught by Widya and I can honestly say that was the hardest and most fun class that I have done. She is amazing!!
it was very easy to sign up or drop out of classes. Finding classes that worked with my schedule was also seamless. The exercises were great and easy to follow. I didn't get the chance to try our all he types of classes but they did provide a good workout and I felt good afterwards.
Love the teacher, parking was somewhat easy, studio energy was calm and pleasant
