I love the Federal Hill CorePower location. I go to this location, roughly 6-7 times per week. It feels like family. I love the instructors, and Renee, the studio manager, is incredibly warm, thoughtful, and skilled.
The FH CP schedule gets full so fast, and there is often a waitlist - because this location is so AMAZING. I truly spend more time at this location than in my own home. I love it so much! I just wish you could buy out the MedStar and make it bigger!

The C2 with Margaret moved at a wonderful pace, was the perfect level of challenging, and felt like a safe environment to try something new. I left the class feeling accomplished and I am excited for my next class with her! I can always count on Margaret to have a new, unique flow no matter what kind of class she’s teaching!
Herb Shaw was terrific. Great cues and encouragement. I really enjoyed his class and felt great afterwards.
Joey is the greatest!!!! His songs are always the best and the workout effortlessly flows to the music. Each workout is unique and good vibes.
