Perfect for My schedule & location
It’s a nice studio, but I would definitely turn the heat down slightly. I know it’s supposed to be hot yoga, but this is Dallas and it gets overbearingly hot in there . Also, offering a strength class sans heat would be great too!

Karina Q was wonderful! Great cueing, very particular about posture integrity. Calming voice and encouraging. I would take more classes w/her if I lived closer. Great class!!

Teachers are professional, friendly and exact when giving directions for each posture.
Melissa is a wonderful instructor!! The heat was perfect. I felt supported by her V BP D cues and MAC cues. You can tell she puts a lot of time and care into her classes. I will be back.
