I had such a great experience and class taught by Tommy. He was such a warm and inviting presence as soon as I walked in. I was a little nervous before class but instantly felt better upon entry. The class was challenging in the best way and I could tell the instructor had a plethora of knowledge and passion for his practice. I will definitely be taking Tommy’s class again!
I really appreciated the session I had as a first time yoga doer. It was relaxing, intense but still with a lot of space to rest and do at your own pace. For someone like me, who doesn't do enough exercise generally, it was still hard as a work out but made me feel good for doing what I could do.

LOVED Ashley! She was subbing, but I would love to take her class every week! She went slow enough that I felt like I learned more about my poses, but I was in pain for days!
My instructor did an excellent job. It was slow and steady and forced me to hold the posed longer and work harder.
