My 1st session was intense but fun! It’s something everyone should should try. I would like to try another class that is not so intense.
Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The classes I have taken are all amazing- instructors that truly care about helping and motivating. Loooooooved my class by Sophie Epstein! (I may be a little bias though) Overall great experience every time I have been.

The teachers manning the front desk were incredibly kind and welcoming! Silvita’s class (C2) was absolutely lovely! Her sequencing, pacing, music and cueing were all perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Maddie M’s 75 min sculpt class is my favorite! She always pushes the class and pairs it with such fun music and motivation. I will miss her when she switches to Downtown BK! Ty Maddie for always creating a safe space. Aloha-Reina
Excellent classes! Great instructor!
Clean spaces, big studios, and stocked locker rooms. Would only recommending adding a few more parking spots for when both studios are in use, it becomes challenging to find a CPY spot. Great otherwise!
